At The Edge Sport Physical Therapy you will be treated by an experienced, caring physiotherapist with the skills and understanding to get you back to what matters to you. You will receive, at minimum, 30 minutes of One-on-One care directly from your physiotherapist. Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic floor dysfunction does not discriminate; everybody has a pelvic floor and pelvic health is for both men and women. Some complaints related to pelvic floor dysfunction may include; low back pain, hip pain, pain with sex or incontinence/bladder urgency. While symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction may be common, they are not normal. Please call us for more information if you feel that Pelvic Health Physiotherapy might help your quality of life.

Consulting on Hand Injuries
Our Hand Therapist offers one on one consultations on Hand and Wrist Injuries. Recommendations for treatment can be relayed to your treating therapist.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
A doctor's referral is not required to access physiotherapy services, though some extended benefits plans my require a physician's referral for reimbursement.

Is my physiotherapy information kept confidential?
Physiotherapy information is confidential and protected by the Privacy Information and Protection Act (PIPA)

Do my extended medical benefits cover physiotherapy?
Most extended benefit plans have some physiotherapy coverage. Each policy is very different, so you will have to check with your plan to review your coverage. We are able to submit to most Insurance Carriers for Direct Billing - please ask us for more information! |
